Hopes Gate's family like feel provides a very comfortable environment that allows people to be able to open up and express the issues that they may be having while achieving sobriety and balance in their lives. The amount of help I received at Hopes Gate was just incredible. I cannot explain how grateful and helpful I am for everybody there. The entire staff, from the executive director all the way down to the techs, everybody is so willing to help you. Lindsey Ward saved my life. I called her for help and she immediately came to save the day. If you need help with addiction, you will not find a more dedicated staff than the people at Hopes Gate. 100% recommend to anybody and everybody struggling with addiction.
You hear about the horror of going to treatment in south florida and how uncomfortable and shady it is. This is not the case at Hopes Gate. This center is a glowing example of how a treatment center should act, clinically and operationally. By far the most exceptional place I have ever been to.
As a former client at Hopes Gate, and having been to several different treatment centers in South Florida, I can say without a doubt that Hopes Gate is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an IOP program and sober living. The house location in Jupiter Farms isn't very convenient but there are always 2 tech's working and they are very good about providing transportation. I would give this facility 0 stars if possible. The clinical staff is extremely two faced and manipulative. The housing is infested with black mold & bed bugs. They encourage relapse so they can refer you out to a detox for a week and get a referral fee. It’s a sad, never ending cycle.
