I visited the pharmacy on July 28 at 5:24 p.m. to pick up my prescription. The young lady working behind the glass was pleasant at first. However, I needed to split the payment between two different cards. When she returned my cards, she abruptly snatched the drawer closed as if she was annoyed that I had requested to use two forms of payment. I found that behavior to be very unprofessional. The worse customer service!! You come in through the front doors and no acknowledgment from them old women what so ever!!! I Guess! Hope health can’t get better employees, so they have to settle for what they can get!!! the same goes for the desk helpers all around over too!! All the same !!! You better do something HopeHealth!! because your business is going to suffer!!!

I was talked down to, infantilized, and had my health concerns either minimized or completely ignored. Please avoid this location and the location on Pine Needles if you actually want quality care.
