Kiddo started their first week, we started receiving EOB's from insurance to find HUNDREDS of dollars being owed. Confused because we were told full approval during our enrollment, Center Manager Alyssa (Aly) Massey + Hopebridge Billing advised we were approved for 30 hours a week but THEY (Hopebridge) scheduled our child OVER the approved hours. Completely understanding why the reviews are so low now. I submitted my inquiry and received a text for insurance info which I provided immediately. From there I heard nothing back. I decided to text the number back and they claim they have to acquire information for the child to send to a different department. To be clear the information she claimed she needed was provided on Feb 24th. It’s march 10th. They received my information and said nothing further. My son has been at this ABA center for a while now, and I’m incredibly happy with the progress he’s made. The staff here is amazing and has created a warm and supportive environment that feels like a family rather than just a regular ABA center. I highly recommend this place to autistic parents looking for a nurturing and effective treatment for their children.
The staff is amazing!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, communicated great! The center was clean and presentable! Highly recommend this place!
