Very rude over phone. Did not even ask patient Name & DOB but says no referral received. I am wondering how bad the service would be here.
Early December I found out I was moving to NC from FL. I started paper work since I knew It was going to take a quite some time to do insurance and the first evaluation for my son. I was supposed to hear from them mid Jan and never did. I decided to go since they never pick up their phone and got to do the tour and I wanted to see how the process was going since you know that with our kids every minute counts and they never got back to me.
