I've been meaning to write a review for awhile now. This Fayetteville location is very unprofessional and unorganized. It started March 2023 we were evualuted with a therapist or counselor afterwards were told to wait 3 weeks for a response. We never heard back from them and I've tired to call numerous times nobody answers or returns calls. I had to drove there in person and was told that the person who evualuted my son doesn't work there anymore and that there were no openings. I said Okay that's fine. My Son Attended This Location For A Few Months And I Highly Do NOT Recommend! You Would Think The Center Would Be More High Class And Better Equipped With Proper RBTs, BCBAs, And Just Overall Tools To Help Your Child Succeed But It Is The Total Opposite! I wanted to get my son in as a new patient because they are not so far away, but they never answer their phone and voice-mail box is always full. Very disappointing.
