This establishment is unprofessional and does not answer their phone nor do they return phone calls. Our son's PCP referred us for an autism evaluation and we waited almost a month. During that timeframe we reached out twice, left a voicemail and no follow up was ever provided from them. When my son first started going here, he was mute and aggressive with some tantrum tendencies. Over the last year, my child has complete evolved into a bubbly, happy, interactive, and talkative amazing little boy ♡ This center has changed his life and the RBTs and staff here are AMAZING. I've been meaning to write a review for awhile now. This Fayetteville location is very unprofessional and unorganized. It started March 2023 we were evualuted with a therapist or counselor afterwards were told to wait 3 weeks for a response. We never heard back from them and I've tired to call numerous times nobody answers or returns calls.
