Horrible company. No communication and lies about the process. No one ever answers the phone. It is already hard enough having a disabled child and places like Hopebridge make it worse!
Listen I was keeping my grandbaby before she started attending ,that's have been less than two months!! I promise you I'm sooo impressed,the things I use to cry about when it came to granny baby,i rejoice im just so grateful example: potty,speech ,numbers, color's, shape & number ect..👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 ,I love that she loves going,I say Joe were you been??she say SCHOOL😊♥️,FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART THANK Y'ALL
They have the worst communication in history. My son was on the waiting list for a year and a half. I was told he was supposed to start this year at the end of February 2024. I took off work for orientation and an evaluation, once March hit I never received a phone call for a start date so I called and they said that his insurance reached a max of patients that they can’t accept anymore & to just wait to see if something opens up. It is now the end of July 2024 and they are just now telling me they don’t accept his insurance... read more
This location has A LOT of growing and improving to do.My son was there for right at 1 year. The first 6/7 months was amazing and the staff was so helpful and bought my family so much comfort in knowing my son was in good hands and his therapy was making a difference. Then all of the changes started and the turnover rate seemed to get higher and higher.
