They have the worst communication in history. My son was on the waiting list for a year and a half. I was told he was supposed to start this year at the end of February 2024. I took off work for orientation and an evaluation, once March hit I never received a phone call for a start date so I called and they said that his insurance reached a max of patients that they can’t accept anymore & to just wait to see if something opens up. This location has A LOT of growing and improving to do.My son was there for right at 1 year. The first 6/7 months was amazing and the staff was so helpful and bought my family so much comfort in knowing my son was in good hands and his therapy was making a difference. Then all of the changes started and the turnover rate seemed to get higher and higher. This place is wonderful, such a caring staff. They have helped my granddaughter in so many ways. I thank God for Hopebridge.
