The login in process is difficult for no reason. I never get a real person on the phone to schedule appointments. I need to help my son. I just want to talk to a real person to schedule.

I wanted to give a minimum of 6 months of services for my son before I gave a review. We are pushing into month 7 and I couldn’t have asked for a better team for my son! The new center manager, his rbt’s, his bcba, his ot, and even the ones who fills in when his team is out, they’re absolutely amazing! The progress I’ve seen is unmatched. They take their time to make sure we do parent training as well so that I can implement the same techniques at home. I absolutely love them and so does my son!

I am still waiting for the intake process to begin and I waited almost 2 years to get the appointment how long am I going to have to wait for the intake process I mean it was 2 years before I got the appointment is it going to take 2 years to get the intake process started or do I need to find another therapy center
