This is a new location and they had a few growing pains in the beginning because the need is so great and there is a lack of qualified therapists in the area. My grandson has been attending almost a month, now and I can’t say enough good things about how sweet and caring the staff is. They'll let your child get attacked by another child and say, "Oh, it's just a thing." But that doesn't mean that you just let it go on! And they're not clean, everything is dirty in there. Where the kids eat is dirty. At that time, the manager Cody acted like he didn't see it. COMPLETELY LAWLESS!!!

So unprofessional the staff is really messy and they bullies they talk about they kids really bad i would not send my kid here and they have MOLD !! one of the kids recently passed that attended here from a infection his parents def need to check and see was it cause it by mold i wouldnt send my dog here

I've been trying for over 5 months to get in touch with someone about getting my child into therapy here. I've sent the online request with medical documentation twice. I've lost count of how many times I've tried calling, only to hear the recording say the voicemail is full. There's no way to just talk to anyone, and even after sending very sensitive medical documentation, no one can be bothered to call me or at least send an email.

I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone or get a call back despite my efforts of reaching out to them for months. Doesn’t seem like a place I would want to have my child. I keep getting a email telling me to upload my child’s diagnoses which I have done more than 3 times.
