Gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. I called FIVE times just to leave a voicemail the last one and then they decide to call you back minutes after the voicemail, to schedule my five year-old and appointment for testing and they don’t take his insurance (which is fine) so I asked about self paying, they won’t test him or see him because they currently aren’t taking any self-pay. How is regular money not good enough? How do you just dismiss a child in need?
I was recommended to hopebridge by two people and I think it was the best decision for my child. The staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming.
