I would strongly urge anyone considering joining this center as an RBT or enrolling their child here to think carefully. I spent six difficult months working there, and it was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had. As a parent who has been actively involved in my daughter's care at Hopebridge for almost a year, I have witnessed significant growth. None of this would have been possible if it wasn't for her amazing therapists and BCBAs who helped her along the way. We have tried for over two years to switch locations. We have called at least a dozen times to follow up on the waitlist we were placed on. We drove two hours daily to get our son to and from ABA. This place does not care about the stress this places on the family or their patient. Not to mention the additional services my son needs (PT/OT/Speech/feeding therapy, and school) that he can't get everything he needs due to the distance and not enough time in the day. I can honestly say that Hopebridge has been a blessing. Tiffany always answers the phone and is the best face and voice for the front office. I just adore her. Dr. Lewis is a gem. And all the RBTs really do a phenomenal job for my 3yrs. old son. He always had a hard time leaving me but only after 2-3 days at Hopebridge he looks forward to going to school! My son was there for almost a year and he learned so much. The staff was amazing with him. He loved going everyday and they never made me feel like he was mistreated. Jenny and Denay are the most amazing caring people!! I couldn’t have asked for better people to leave my son with all day. Thank you all <3
