My child is thriving at Hopebridge! They have been a game changer in his development and communication.
My son attended hopebridge Monday through Friday 4.5 hours a day. He absolutely loved going here!! All of the techs are so passionate and loving ❤️ you can tell they really care about the kiddos and bond with them. My son had incredible progress, they were able to potty train him and he’s been sooooo much more verbal, alert and engaging. It was a wonderful experience working with them and we already miss them. Meagan especially is so nice and has a big heart. ❤️❤️
On 1/17/23 at 1:14pm Olivia called about my ABA referral. At the time, we were overwhelmed and adjusting to new information as our son was just diagnosed with Autism. I told her I had to talk with my husband, but that I would reach out again. On 1/24/23 at 12:04pm I called and left Olivia a message stating we were ready to proceed with ABA services and referral. I received multiple recommendations to this place for my child so I applied my child for Speech/OT they accepted our insurance but unfortunately I haven’t received any communication or anyone calling back from voicemails I left from two months ago. Horrible customer service.
