After a month of attending hopebridge our daughter was asked to leave because they no longer carried our insurance. They asked me to continue to reach out for updates on a personal cell phone which in my opinion is unprofessional. There has been no updates for months, which again is absurd with BCBS NC being the most used insurance in this area. Do not recommend due to the lack of communication and professionalism.
They seem to care alot about my child Their facility is very fun for my daughter and they explained in detail what they would be working on with my daughter so far its been a good experience.
