Please don’t ever enroll your child at this ABA facility the negligence and lack of care are very evident. Ever since we left this clinic and enrolled our son into a new facility we have seen more progress and growth in 3 months than the year he was at Hopebridge. Going to a new clinic made me realize how unprofessional this clinic truly was . They can never keep staff of any level including center managers, BCBAs and RBTs that should be a sign that something is truly not right at Hopebridge.
My son attended Hopebridge in the summer of 2024. They were very money hungry. He came 6 minues late and they held him 6 minutes ater pick-up time without comunicating that to me or my mother. This was the weirdest thing ever to me. We did not renew for the school year because they wanted him to miss 2 hours of school to attend after-school. The teachers seemed nice though.
This was all new to me but ever since my son has started things have gotten so much better. My son is speaking more clearly than ever. The therapists that are working with my son are amazing. I definitely recommend this place for all parents dealing with an autistic child and need the help and support this is the place to be
Was contacted in may 2024 for my son’s evaluation documents. Haven’t received a email or phone call since. Tried to contact through email and phone number NUMEROUS of times and either email gets ignored or phone call sent to voicemail. Wish I could get any information or response on what’s going on.
I just want to share that this place is absolutely amazing. The staff the management Mel and Katie are absolutely awesome they are caring they are compassionate. They work with you along with your child. My daughter has been coming to hopebridge for about 7 months her progress is insanely great. The two ladies that have been working with her Kari and Tanyla. They make learning fun for her it's always hard at the end of the day because she never wants to leave. These people have been a true blessing in mine in my child's life... read more
