Hopebridge has delayed and failed my son for 2 years. They diagnosed him then delayed scheduling him for services. I have several emails asking for contact and an appointment to be set to begin my son’s Speech and ABA appointments. Finally got an ABA eval for my child this year and was told he would start in May. I didn’t hear anything back so I called and was told that due to “staff issues” (which I was told this last year as well) they had to push him to June. I absolutely loved getting the experience of being apart of this community I didn’t know what to do or think when my very own grandson was diagnosed with autism so what better way of being hands own and getting the training to be able to deal with my own grandson and it was an amazing and enjoyable experience after becoming an RBT I wanted to join the Jackson Tn clinic but I know my grandson need therapy and I know this clinic will be the best for him so he’s now on the waiting list ❤️❤️❤️
My son's first day went well. He went in smiling and came out smiling. He didn't want to leave. I'm happy he's able to receive the services he needs in a nurturing environment.
