Some families are not as well off as others and my two girls were highly judged here, their therapist acted more of a parent than a therapist and was very excessive on the size diapers, clothing in certain bags, asking questions and making unnecessary comments, it became too much. Not pleased at all. Had an appointment, showed up for the appointment via televising and they just left me there. Never came on, never got back to us, never reached out. Hopefully this isn’t how you all conduct business, but our child has a need, and it definitely doesn’t feel like they have shown that they care.

Was a wonderful place for my child on the spectrum to learn! I wish they were more upfront with the pricing. I asked multiple times what the cost would be after insurance and no one ever got back to me. I would have kept my son there, but we live in Columbia and as far as it is it was the only place that took our insurance. I was not working at the time so we didn't know the cost and pulled him. Nobody picks up here or returns phone calls...I have been trying to get my child's progress from the time he started up until currently as in enrolling him somewhere else.
