Our journey began exactly 2 years ago and we have been blessed to have such an incredible team to support us. Hopebridge has been excellent in supporting Sam through his extraordinary development. Today he has “graduated” and will begin a new phase of his life. From being non-verbal to a fluent bilingual and speaking child. We will be forever grateful for the work of this fantastic team. Thank you Deja, Jamin, Evan, Amber, Maddi and everyone else who has contributed along this journey.
This by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had to face. No one is ever available when needed. When doing a walk through I realized that the care takers were people off the streets and no one was actually licensed to care for my child. Now waiting to receive a call back from Christopher Brooks and have been calling and leaving emails with no response. The workers are very nasty when you talk to them and unprofessional seek care elsewhere if your want your child to be taken care of
I’ve had my daughters tested twice (two times each) the first time the information was incorrect on both forms. So we had to wait, have them reevaluated. I am now six months out still waiting for my diagnostic reports. Is this a scam to have testing done and paid by insurance but now work to actually get the forms out? Very infuriating. Especially since it’s needed for her school year.
This place does not care about the children!!! I have been waiting for almost 3 months to get my child’s diagnostics report from the psychiatric the portal doesn’t work! Every time I call I get a different story! My child could have been getting services but I can’t get any help from this place to get his report. Now I have to wait months again for him to go some where else! Close this place down they don’t care its quantity over quality here! Absolutely love them! Both my children was diagnosed with Autism and they love them like they’re own!! They do such a amazing job
