They gave me the answers other providers wouldn't
They had a referral for my son for i over a year never called to schedule and when I called to find out what was going on they continued to give me the run around and never scheduled him I wound up having to get a new referral placed to get him scheduled
Hopebridge is fantastic and have helped our little ones so much. They love going there too.
I know this maybe old but I been meaning to leave a review for over a year. This please is so unprofessional, no communication, al ways cancelling appointments. They don’t care about the families. And the staff seemed a bit biased towards other people. They discharged my son because they couldn’t communicate. My son has been at circle city since he left and they have never cancelled his appointments. They are very professional and they don’t send my child home for stupid stuff. My kiddo is new to Hopebridge. She is really good at picking up people energy. Even tho it has only been a week. So, far my kiddo is doing well and she is happy to go. I have also been impressed with the staff. You can tell they care about the work they do! It has been 3 weeks and she is doing amazing!
