These people are all over the place … no organization at all
If I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment for ABA eval. for my son who is level 3 autistic and has a problem with transitioning from the car into places. I had an appointment at 1pm but we got there about 45minutes before because we knew getting him inside the building would be tough. About 12:45 I went in the building and let them know we were there but our son was having a horrible time transitioning. She asked if I needed help from a staff member. This was our only option for an evaluation on Medicaid. Pediatricians and teachers pushed for an evaluation because of his impulsive behavior and distractions and emotional regulation struggles. After playing phone tag for YEARS, we finally had an evaluation, but didn't even get an email of his results. We've known for years bc genetics and bc our son is gifted that he likely has ADHD, this place only cares to diagnosis Autism which the evaluation showed he did not have but is showing signs of ADHD, hence the classroom troub... read more
