These people are all over the place … no organization at all
If I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment for ABA eval. for my son who is level 3 autistic and has a problem with transitioning from the car into places. I had an appointment at 1pm but we got there about 45minutes before because we knew getting him inside the building would be tough. About 12:45 I went in the building and let them know we were there but our son was having a horrible time transitioning. She asked if I needed help from a staff member. This was our only option for an evaluation on Medicaid. Pediatricians and teachers pushed for an evaluation because of his impulsive behavior and distractions and emotional regulation struggles. After playing phone tag for YEARS, we finally had an evaluation, but didn't even get an email of his results. Filled out paper work for my son to attend they lost it do it online and you'll be waiting over 2 years we did the walk through and several evaluations my son is level 3 autism with global developmental delay with a lead poisoning Dr's say he need help now my mistake for thinking Jordan had our sons best interest at heart but if it's such a fight to get your child to be attending hopebridge how can one possibly think they want to help seems like they only want level one autism cases to deal with and after following so many p... read more
