My son is undergoing ABA therapy, but this clinic doesn't have a good staff. They're always canceling sessions with the excuse that they don't have enough staff. And when they don't have enough staff, they make up illnesses for the children to get them out of therapy early. One time, my son woke up feeling great after breakfast and was doing great. We have had a really hard time with the administration there. They don't answer the phone and when we went in person the answers were criptic. Our doctor put in a referral weeks ago and they never submitted the claim to Caresource. So done with this place.
My grandson Jaxson went here for two years. He was there from ages 6-8. He is nonverbal. Since being at Hopebridge, his behavior has improved. He now speaks a few words. The staff is awesome and very loving. I would recommend this center to anyone!
