Gretchen, the manager at the Hopebridge Center in Westerville, should be fired. She is unprofessional and a liar. She always says she doesn't have enough staff, but she actually does. She doesn't know how to manage well. My son has been waiting for speech therapy and occupational therapy for months. When I asked why it was taking so long, she said my son's doctor wouldn't sign the referral papers for therapies. My son is undergoing ABA therapy, but this clinic doesn't have a good staff. They're always canceling sessions with the excuse that they don't have enough staff. And when they don't have enough staff, they make up illnesses for the children to get them out of therapy early. One time, my son woke up feeling great after breakfast and was doing great.
