Both my boys started ABA therapy in September. The evaluation/intake process was super fast. I was expecting to be on a waiting list for a while but maybe because kiddos were going to back to school that may have helped the process. The RBTs and BCBAs are friendly and treat you and your child with respect and care. They keep you informed and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The rest of the staff is also amazing. My daughter was given a video evaluation and they were unable to give a diagnosis of Autism so we had to drive to Cincinnati which is about an hour and a half drive for us. I took the day off of work and when we got there was told our appointment has been cancelled and no one notified us. I had even called that morning to confirm the appointment and I was told to still come in. My son attended this center for over a year, and it was such an eye opening experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about all the staff.
