First just wanted to start off by saying DO NOT take your child to this facility. There are so many better places to take your child and we wish we would have slowed down when picking where to take our son. When we first decided to take our son with ASD to Hopebridge it seemed like a good place to take him and checked all the boxes of what we were looking for. This team is incredible. They are communicative, caring, and professional. My son has flourished in their therapies, and Im so happy to have them for his autism needs.
Disrespectful management
Unprofessional, can't ever get them to answer phone or return calls. Obviously they never check their messages either. Waiting area was dirty and cold. I spent a lot of time gathering info and submitting it, 2 hr drive and taking off work, yet no one there did their job so we could not be seen the day we came.
Absolutely joke! These doctors are quacks! Don’t take your child here.
