Today, my son had an appointment at the HopeBridge Litchfield location, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the overall environment and level of professionalism did not meet what I would expect from a pediatric behavioral health facility. The staff did not present themselves in a professional manner, and the facility itself appeared rundown and unclean, which made for a very poor first impression.
