I’m writing this in tears as today is the last day my princess will be attending here. It is bittersweet. I pray that this opens up a spot for another kiddo to receive the life changing services that this facility offers. The staff from management to BCBA’s to RBT’s have left me speechless. I couldn’t be more grateful for the time they’ve put in, the patience, the dedication and the overall care and concern they’ve given my daughter since day 1. I started orientation on the 7th of July 2025. Their orientation was lousy. We were sent home early, because there wasn't enough staff for us to shadow. That's what we were told. Plus I never got paid for the 4 days that I was there. It shows that money is there on the app, but no pay. I had spoken to the young lady at the front, and all I got from her is the run around. I don’t understand why they even have a phone my son was supposedly diagnosed with autism and the doctor said someone would reach out it’s like I never even met with the doctor….. I leave voicemails after voicemail and I get hung up on I’m definitely going to try to get him into somewhere else

billing technique caught us by surprise. evaluator/assessor was not competent, we had to translate and explain some of the assessment questions to him ourselves. doctor on the phone had nothing to say nor provided any useful feedback during the short period he was on. recieved a bill for backend charges that we were not initially told about, which were 3 days for a doctor's "treatment plan evaluation". these charges should have been upfront, so an initial bill for the assessment itself was followed up months later which more... read more
