Unfortunately this Hopebridge facility manager does not know how to treat her employees. Anytime the manager can fire an employee because she thinks she can without warning. Is an abuse of her position. Its okay though that's why there are laws in place for situations just like this. What also makes this so sad and disappointing is the patient will be the one to suffer and can possibly decline because the behavioral therapist was fired. Shame on you Jennifer Brackett! Was recently wrongly fully terminated due to manager Jennifer Brackett discriminating against me. Told me I was not a team player because I was unable to stay until 5:30pm everyday when she hired me to stay until 4:30pm due to me having full time college. I expressed several times before being hired that I was unable to stay until 5:30pm and was repeatedly told that it was okay and today I was fired because she changed her mind and could not “accommodate” to my or other employees schedules. They seem to care alot about my child Their facility is very fun for my daughter and they explained in detail what they would be working on with my daughter so far its been a good experience.
