They will make you to agree to fraud. You'll see one counselor but they want to charge the insurance for a different one "more money?" When you don't sign they completely stop replying to anything about it, other than sending rude threats! Then they started over charing for nurse practitioner. When questioned they will argue its a specialist. Note not one appointment was its near the full time. You will have to call monthly to get you prescription because they will not update the pharmacy. Tried multiple times here. People unfortunately don't seem to be very responsive when you call in for questions, especially if they give you any medication. I had to keep calling just to simple questions answered. My appointments were cut short multiple times. Please look elsewhere for psych or therapy treatment.
Amazing office and even more amazing staff. They love their job, and you can tell. That is so important to me in counseling. Highly recommended to me by a friend, and I highly recommend too.
The entire process was handled in a professional manner. All staff were respectful, communicative, and kind. I had a wonderful experience.
I am most definitely not an easy patient to work with and they have been doing a great job putting up with my crap. Appreciate the patience
