I was 46 before I found someone to actually listen to me and Hope419 is the place. I feel like a new person, better than I've ever felt as an adult. The office staff is amazing, patient, and kind. The doctors and therapists sincerely care. I would recommend Hope419 to anyone because they make you feel safe to be honest and they don't stop with a medication or a specific treatment route. Very Professional & Helpful!!!
If you have anxiety this is not the place for you! Emailed them letting them know I have severe phone anxiety and if I could ask some questions over email. They emailed back with a phone number to call… then the amount of times they have moved locations I am glad they decided not to accommodate my anxiety, going to a new building is also triggering so having the place that I’m supposed to trust move so much would be difficult!
I would steer clear of this place. I had two appointments scheduled. The first one, I was on a zoom call. I logged in and waited forever. After 10 mintues past my appointment time I had to call in. They stated that the doctor had sent me a message that she had to cancel. I never received a message. Funny how cancelation fees only work one way.
