The two stars I gave were because the venue was gorgeous The venue owner Susan was however not that great. She booked people to take prom pictures at our venue on our wedding day. When we paid for the entire venue for Friday and Saturday. She went back on her word several times. Including to my coordinator. When asked not to help in the kitchen, she decided to “help” and dropped/broke an entire crockpot on cheese dip.
