Absolutely wonderful
I have been a realtor/broker for over 30 years. I have sold many new construction homes but this builder stands outs above the rest! The attention to detail in their homes is amazing! There are so many interior and exterior choices to make your home individually yours! Hope Vineyard is a beautiful neighborhood with many lot choices from lake lots, ponds lots and oversized lots for larger square footage homes. So happy to have another homebuilder in town other than DR Horton. I especially appreciate that Maronda Homes allows homeowners to make their own color selections. You don't just have to "settle" for what the builder decides your colors and finishes should be!
