The absolute worst experience. After I called the clinic and gave the details on my dogs condition, I was told to bring her in immediately, and they would assess her as soon as we get there. We arrived 20 min later. She paged the back area and said there was an emergency up front and that she needed someone to come up to front immediately. There was a nurse/aide that happened to walk up who was extremely rude, didn’t even make eye contact with us, let alone look at the dog. They gave my dog a surgery because they read the xrays incorrectly. Now want to charge me 3700 dollars. My dog left more injured then when he arrived. Don't take your animal here if you care about them.
On March 21, 2018, we took my kitty, Sadie Lu to Blue Pearl in Franklin,Tn .She was in dire condition due to being lost for four cold days & although we seared contantly for her finally found her on fourth day Rushed her to Blue Pearl immediacy . First, they are WAY overpriced (even for an emergency vet). I'm disgusted by their prices. Then, I understand that when unintelligent people hear about something in the media, they suddenly think they're experts on the subject and also think they have the right to judge things as if they know what they're talking about. Our family also had a terrible experience with this place. Our dog who was only 2,5 years old suddenly got sick on Tuesday, he wasn't feeling better on next day, so I made an appointment for him for Thursday, but didn't want to wait 1 more day so we took him to emergency room on Wednesday ....he was walking, just wasn't eating and drinking enough, shaking and heavily breathing. I bought a beautiful Yorkie named Teddy in early October. I had him less than 48 hours and I could see him declining by the hour so I called Pet Specialists of Monterey and they told me to bring him right over. It was 9:00pm so my regular vet was closed. They met me at my car and did some testing right there . It came out positive for parvovirus. We were devastated. But over the 11 days he was there they kept me updated on everything. The tech said I need to talk to Madine Rebar Kenny, who is in charge of all blue pearls Florida hospitals. This is just to get some surgery documents, part of my pets medical records. Blue pearl is having a hard time giving me, the surgery paperwork that I paid for, why would they do that?? I have never in all my life had this problem with veterinary hospital.
