The fees and lack of transparency at this vet is extremely disappointing. Under new ownership, the good doctors have left and what remains are price gouging people who give you an estimate and then exceed it by thousands. When asked about emergency service surcharges they explained “that’s just how we do it “ 3 days after the emergency. They mark up medications when other hospitals don’t . If you want top notch care and don’t want to be ripped off just go elsewhere. That’s the bottom line

Hope Vet was the best choice we could have made for our dog. She was sick and when we were referred to a neurologist we were nervous. Dr. Brewer was fantastic- explaining everything thoroughly and going over every option. The staff was friendly and helped since I couldn’t go in. When Shelby got too sick, the emergency room staff helped guide us and stayed on the phone with my husband until we could make a plan. They went above and beyond what is expected. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Roberts and staff! I am very thankful that I found Hope. Dr. Roberts helped my sweet Avery with an orthopedic surgery. He communicated very clearly the procedure he was doing, and is a phenomenal surgeon. Knowing that my pup was in the best hands was worth every single penny! In a few more weeks, my pup will have a high quality of life, be able to run, and be a puppy again. I cannot thank Dr. Roberts enough!
My Golden Belle has been battling cancer since May. Dr Clifford and all the oncology staff have been wonderful! They restored the quality of life my Belle deserves. I pray for her continued remission, and I know the team at Hope will be there to support us every step of the way.

We used to go to Hope for every single emergency and specialty visit - the doctors are amazing- but after speaking with the very rude and condescending staff today our three dogs and cat will be going elsewhere for their specialty and emergency care. Even our local vet who communicated with them today couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy these front desk women have on the emergency line.
