Place is a rip off. Went on a Saturday because my regular Vet was closed. Hope did an exam, told me the dog needed surgery soon. About $400.00 for the exam. No wonder when I googled Hope, most of the hits were about pet insurance.
If you can,, go elsewhere. My animal was treated for cancer there. I was not happy with Craig Clifford's treatment plan. He became very dismissive, never returned phone calls and didn't give me animal the full attention he deserved. I spent a lot of money there, I felt. and he kind of could care less about our situation. Always go with your gut. If you go there, don't deal with him. Get someone else. there's more to the story but I didn't have a great experience with him.

I took my lab, Rosie, to the emergency room at HOPE for treatment of an incision that had opened twice within 10 days. Rosie was admitted to HOPE for treatment of an open wound and infection. Dr. Kelly, from emergency, and Dr. Mehler, the surgeon, gave me an overview of Rosie’s condition and the treatment plan. Both of the doctors took time to answer my questions. The daily progress reports I received on Rosie’s care were greatly appreciated and reassuring. All the doctors, techs, and front desk staff were caring and compass... read more
