Said my cat needs to be looked at by them (vet?)before they would refer her to a veterinarian clinic for spading. Paid over $100 and wasn't allowed in their office, or talk on the phone during the appointment. Question if a vet really looked at her?. Asked what kind of cat she was and they said, a "mutt." Then they kept phoning me after. Should of gone to a real veterinarian office. They did nothing for me. Waste of time

The staff are professional, knowledgable and welcoming. They offered a timed exam rate instead of individual rates for my 3 adult cats and 3 kittens, which saved me so much money. The deworming, flea prevention, and vaccines were all very reasonably priced as well. The staff was great with animal handling, and cautious about not stressing the cats any more than necessary. I feel that the health of my animals are in good hands here.
