I take my three kitties here. They genuinely care
First time dog owner, I brought in my puppy who needed her last shot, was practically berated by front team saying I should have told them my pup also needed a vaccine which I did when I first booked the appointment. Then y pup was taken to the back and I assumed I would be taken back shortly there after. A tech came up to me and quickly started rambling questions at me that I couldn't focus on because the front of the house was busy and loud. I had my first visit with Dr. Teresa Colegrave at Hope Veterinary Group, and I truly can’t say enough good things. From start to finish, everything was a great experience. Booking the appointment was easy, the nurses who assisted were so personable and kind, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming.
