Great place and great people
My unit was broken into and I was informed that no security camera footage was available due to the location of the unit (in the back of the property). When I requested security video of who entered the storage facility during the past 24 hours, I was informed that this could not be provided to us. You would think they would be conducting their own investigation though they seemed uninterested. In fact, they stated that the security footage is “often not helpful anyhow”. Nothing negative to say about the physical facility itself. Clean, newer units available. Gated. You get what you pay for.. Just be mindful this is attached to a resort community - they are overly particular due to this fact. The expectation is that you load or unload your belongings, no lingering. I was extremely surprised and disappointed by my first time of actually being at my unit since loading my belongings into it.. long story short, I felt treated unfairly.
