Hope Valley is a sanctuary in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes . I am proud to support a "CHAMBER" business. They focus on holistic wellness . They combine counselling with mindfulness and gently care. It helps people reconnect with themselves and find peace . I would send any of my clients to this incredible place. I am writing this review as a family member of a former client at Hope Valley. When our daughter entered the facility, it was one of the scariest and most uncertain times of our lives. All I can say now is wow. From the very beginning, Jay and Brittany were hands-on, offering guidance with genuine empathy. Much needed and a diverse holistic somatic and expert led framework to help individuals overcome addiction. This is one of a kind and a first for Canada using a multi faceted approach to address the root causes and causes of this horrifying experience that is addiction. Just coming to the end of my stay here at hope valley and would highly recommend it to anyone struggling and looking to make a change. I came here a broken person and my experience at hope valley has truly saved my life. I have felt support the whole time and have been given the opportunity to work on myself and turn my life around.
