I chose this urgent care based on their listed hours, which said they opened at 8:00 AM. I brought my wife in shortly after 8, only to find the place completely closed. A staff member arrived a bit later, and when I asked about opening time, I was told they open at 8:30 AM—and that the doctor would be late. We waited until 8:30, but the doors still never opened and no one communicated anything to the patients waiting outside. Please see my wife, Connie's review of Hope Urgent Care Birch Run. I should not have to go with my wife to this an urgent care for her to feel safe and treated with respect. My wife reported this to the billing office, because she didn't want talk to someone at the Birch Run location. The ladies at Hope are very good. However, I can't say the same for the male PA. I had a UTI, and he came into the exam room with a smirk on his face and asked me if I had any "wild men" in my life. He was insinuating that I slept around. I have been faithfully married for almost 40 years. I know my husband is faithful to me. I found the PA's demeanor totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I won't be going back there again!
