Doc is knowledgeable and has a great team of nurses who genuinely care. The problem is the receptionist/whoever answers the phone.
Incompetence at its worst and all but one employee treated every person walking through the door as an unintelligent inconvenience. Ended up having to go to covenant Med Express in Frankenmuth 2 days later in order to obtain real orders. What happened? Daughter had broken foot from sports. Hope UC did xray and told her it was fine and to go back to sports that day. She couldn't walk on it so I asked for crutches. They complied and sent us out. Absolutely the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Everyone was super kind not only to me but my son as well! They got me in and out speedy fast. 150% recommend

Front staff was great and nurse was friendly enough. However the older nurse practitioner who saw us was incredibly rude. Considering we called in advance and explained the situation (we just needed confirmation and a Rx), the fact she acted like she didn't want to see us was ridiculous.
