The staff was wonderful, first time I went in there was yesterday and the doctor was great and if I have anymore issues that's where I will go they are so kind warm and welcoming thank you so much
I had such a great experience here today. From the moment I walked in, Jessica at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Chris, the PA who treated me, was wonderful—he was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment and aftercare instructions. The two ladies who helped me in the back were also fantastic, although unfortunately I didn't catch their names. What stood out most was that I truly felt like a person, not a number. Great experience. I was in and out. Chris was the PA, he was very thorough and explained in detail my instructions.
There was no one in there until last second, they finally took us back and they treated the person that came in after way before they did us, we sat there for about 20 minutes before anyone came back in. Not the best experience…at an URGENT care
