Broke my foot at work, they took very good care of me...
Went in for an illness and the antibiotics caused an infection, in which the doctor told me to just call if that happened and he’d provide me with a medication for it. I called and now they’re saying I actually have to come in, which isn’t at all what the doctor said before. Due to certain circumstances I’m not able to come in, so I’m not very happy.
Hope Urgent Care is a great option for early morning Urgent care my husband cut his hand first thing in the morning at work and they got him in and out before 9 am and back on the road so much appreciated 😀
Hope Urgent Care in Clio was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, my son was seen quickly, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s such a relief to find a place so close to home that combines efficiency with compassion. I truly can’t rave about them enough—highly recommend to anyone needing urgent care! It takes a lot to impress me and I am!
