Everyone was wonderful with my son this morning. These ladies really seemed to care about my sick kiddo. We were seen, diagnosed, meds sent and on our way in 45 minutes. Great experience!
NP acted like I was a bother and annoyed right off the bat for being sick and requesting a throat swab. I’m immunocompromised and will not take abx without a confirmation of diagnosis. She jumped right to “well did you see your primary care?” If anyone has been to healthcare lately, it’s extremely hard to get in the same week, even harder the same day!
