I received fast care. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all so kind, understanding and caring. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Doc is knowledgeable and has a great team of nurses who genuinely care. The problem is the receptionist/whoever answers the phone.
Incompetence at its worst and all but one employee treated every person walking through the door as an unintelligent inconvenience. Ended up having to go to covenant Med Express in Frankenmuth 2 days later in order to obtain real orders. What happened? Daughter had broken foot from sports. Hope UC did xray and told her it was fine and to go back to sports that day. She couldn't walk on it so I asked for crutches. They complied and sent us out.
