My son has severe apraxia and has been going here since he was 5 (a year and a half now). He’s had about 6-7 speech therapists in 6 years and he has by far made the most progress in the shortest amount of time with Ms. Laura. 6 months ago he couldn’t say 2-3 word sentences & now he’s speaking in 4-5 word sentences and telling stories. His family can now understand what he’s saying most of the time. I am so grateful I found this place.
We couldn't possibly love Amy Sumbrum more than we do! She's hands-down the most well-educated myofunctional therapist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. And at least as importantly, she's got an amazing way of interacting with my son, who can be quite challenging sometimes. Somehow she's able to keep him on task and he's so proud of the articulation skills he's been learning as he can finally stop lisping!
