Owner failed to tell me she charged my credit card an extra $61.50 for a credit card processing fee !!! I immediately asked for a full credit and wrote her a check paid in full instead. She later said she could not reverse charge as a credit, but kept my check anyway !! After 3 weeks I went to her business and got my check back. She promised to refund $61.50 at time of installation of carpet - she lied !! I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute since I paid for merchandise I never received. Avoid at all cost very unprofessional awful person to do business we did tile work for her and even though our work was prefect and home owner loved it she ignores us and is playing games and still has not paid us for our work the home owner said she was a nightmare to work with and is full of lies if you wanna pay alot of money to get the run around she's the designer for you
