I was a little worried going into this experience based on previous reviews but I had a 5 star experience! Anita and Marvin were my technicians and both of them were so kind, patient, answered all of my questions and made my comfort a top priority! Sleeping away from home while having a bunch of wires on you isn’t fun but given the circumstances, it really was an easygoing experience. Very pleasant experience with my sleep study! I was comfortable where I slept, everything was clean, staff was magnificent, and everything went well. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good night's rest.
I had called to schedule my sons appointment a month in advance. They scheduled me for a Friday two days before on a Wednesday. I did not appreciate this as I had already made plans and arrangements for him to have it this coming Friday. I have more than one child and I have to arrange someone to watch them and care for them while I am not with them, especially if it’s an overnight event. I had to go to Hope Sleep Clinic for a sleep diagnostic test. Upon arriving the two techs greeted me and asked me to fill out some paperwork. A few minutes later I was asked to go into one of the exam rooms. Mr.Marvin (the tech) that assisted me for the night was very kind and personable. He explained what was being done and what it was for. Once I was hooked up to all the necessary wires and laid down, I am shocked at how fast I actually fell asleep.
