Very nice facility. Super nice employees, wonderful and calm atmosphere. Very comfortable. Michelle, one of the sleep technicians, was awesome, anything you need, she was on point. Everyone was very accommodating and just wonderful. Great job, highly recommend.
I highly recommend HOPE SLEEP CLINIC. I have cervical spondylosis myelomalacia myelopathy. A very complicated condition that interferes with the breathing functions that's hard to diagnose. My first sleep study was done by another place called BLACKSTONE. They completely misdiagnosed my breathing condition completely. I ended up with money and time wasted and the wrong breathing machine due to their diagnosis which actually made my condition worse. But these people put a lot into my sleep test. Clinic was very clean and quiet. Staff were very polite and attentive to my needs. Only downside was the bed provided gave me a sore lower back, but I'm a picky sleeper.
I was a little worried going into this experience based on previous reviews but I had a 5 star experience! Anita and Marvin were my technicians and both of them were so kind, patient, answered all of my questions and made my comfort a top priority! Sleeping away from home while having a bunch of wires on you isn’t fun but given the circumstances, it really was an easygoing experience. Very pleasant experience with my sleep study! I was comfortable where I slept, everything was clean, staff was magnificent, and everything went well. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good night's rest.
