My daughter and I did not have great experiences with one of their therapists. Therapy was more like gossip sessions. I do not recommend.
Very great place I recommend this over any other counseling place in the state!
If I could give a 0 star. I have made my appointments with Serena and unfortunately, her scheduler is not doing her job. I have only had a chance to see her once because of this. Last week I the office in Shawnee and the receptionist asked me after 10 minutes waiting past my appointment who I was seeing. I told her Serena. She mentioned she was in court and not coming in. They do not care about helping with mental health. I was seen for 5 sessions then started getting cancelled appointments sometimes an hour before my appointment. When I asked about switching therapists I have not heard a thing from them. I do not recommend this place at all.
