Great rink the bleachers for watching were a bit dirty and sucked to sit on for long periods of time but generally the facility serves its purpose of being an ice rink and pool.
Hope Pool staff are always friendly. One thing I would like to ask is that the shower handle in the family shower room is old and uncomfortable.
The swim was perfect but the hot tub was Devine!
I bought a yearly pass a few months ago when the yearly passes were on sale. I specifically asked if the pass covers all classes and the answer was yes. I went today to do a class, and the drop-in classes are actually not included and I would have to pay more money. What ??? There’s nothing community about this community centre. So disappointed.
