Disclosure - I have worked with a number of hypnotherapists over the years because hypnosis works really well for me. I have worked with Kelly both in person and on-line. Amazingly the on-line session was just as effective as in person! So in the comfort of your home or the security of her office, I recommend working with Kelly. She is trustworthy, caring and effective.

I’ve done two sessions with Kelly and I was impressed. She’s very good at taking you on a deep dive meditation- you’re always aware of what you’re doing- and then she gave me a protocol, a finger squeeze, so I could recall a particular feeling whenever I want it. Three months later if I squeeze my two fingers, that moment and feeling returns. That impresses me.
