I had a wonderful session with Kelly. I so appreciated her gentle guidance, encouragement and insights. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to have more insight into your past or present life situations that could be illuminated for growth and understanding.
I had a wonderful experience working with Kelly and cannot recommend her highly enough. Through our meditation sessions I became aware of underlying patterns and beliefs that were having causing tons of anxiety, and with her help I’ve been able to work through them. I went in with no expectations and a couple of questions, having never been hypnotized previously. I received clear answers to questions and am now sleeping better due to these answers. Kelly is engaging, honest and true.
It has been wonderful working with Kelly - the word hypnosis can give people pause because of preconceived ideas about it. Our sessions, however, kept me in control enough to feel that I could relax and get to bottom of some of my roadblocks. Having a recording available for reinforcing positive changes outside of our sessions has helped as well. What I have learned will stick with me and help me reach my goals.
