I have worked with Kelly both in person and on-line. Amazingly the on-line session was just as effective as in person! So in the comfort of your home or the security of her office, I recommend working with Kelly. She is trustworthy, caring and effective.

I’ve done two sessions with Kelly and I was impressed. She’s very good at taking you on a deep dive meditation- you’re always aware of what you’re doing- and then she gave me a protocol, a finger squeeze, so I could recall a particular feeling whenever I want it. Three months later if I squeeze my two fingers, that moment and feeling returns. That impresses me. I feel I’m the perfect person to be speaking to how great hypnosis with Kelly was because I can be an overly objective and skeptical person. I still don’t entirely know how it works :haha: but it does work, and it truly does rewire things in your mind for the better. I’ve been working with Kelly for several months. Originally went to see her for weight loss, but have accomplished so much more than I ever imagined. Kelly has helped me with childhood trauma in a way that years of cognitive therapy had never moved the needle. I feel such levity and relief. Forever, grateful! BTW - I’ve lost close to 30 lbs since meeting Kelly.
