Shiela was ok but sometimes rude to my daughter. The office staff completely suck. They have discharged my daughter saying she missed appointments that she never even made and was never notified of. They failed to call in her meds on more than one occasion, rarely returned calls and rarely answered the phone when I called. I would not recommend this place.
Not to be trusted.....very disappointing.
Terrible place!! They LIE and stab you the back just for being 10 min late and won't see you after traveling quite the distance! :( VERY disappointed....I was really hoping this psychiatrist actually cared about her patients but she obviously doesn't and it disgusts me.... Sadly, I will never trust another psychiatrist again after what she did, she was icing on a cake for me....
Sheila herself was excellent and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception/office management was extremely poor. The office had recently moved suites, and I was not informed of the new location. I called the office 14 times that morning attempting to find the correct suite and received no response. As a result, I waited in the wrong location for approximately 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs. They are not there to help you when the receptionist is allowed to ban you from coming back ever in the middle of your much needed therapy if you show up for the appointment she scheduled for you that somehow disappears along with all of your appointments and you call her incompetent . It’s behavioral medicine! Get thicker skin, put your phone down and do your job! She was there for the final step of a medication adjustment that is crucial to her recovery.
