I wouldn't take my dog to this urgent care. It has taken them 24 hours to call in a prescription for my daughter in law. They also told her she had an ear infection and would also call her in an antibiotic... Did they? No and when we asked several times about them calling in the prescriptions they acted as if it were an inconvenience. And the receptionist was rude. Go to the urgent care by iga at least you get treated nice and like you matter. And they are quicker to call in your meds instead of making you suffer.
Great staff, had two minor surgeries and they made it easy

Warning: avoid this place at all costs. They report parents to Social Services without hesitation. Incompetent care, mismanaged referrals, and disregard for children with disabilities make it a nightmare. Feedback and parental input are nonexistent.
