How is this an urgent care when you have to set an appointment??
Excellent care! I saw Stephanie, and she is so knowledgeable and kind. She did not make us feel rushed in any way and helped with my daughter’s ear infection. It’s typical to see either great bedside manner or them to be very knowledgeable, but Stephanie has both. She is a great asset to Hope, and I will recommend everyone go to Hope because of her.
I came in and I was sick it started with a cough then progressed from a really bad cough to strep and Covid. Well when I ask to best tested they denied me. They said they hadn’t seen any symptoms latley from anyone, so they decided to not test me at all. Told me they wasn’t seeing any sickness latley at all. From what I know if my insurance pays you to see me, you can’t deny me if I want tested. Well turned out it was something and I got my entire family sick at home when I could had been isolating.
