Hospital staff are much more friendly and they treat everyone like family and I see them less often. Yet Hope Plaza staff is not very friendly often very Curt with people. I thought it would be the same environment as hospital. Even the staff in the hope plaza cafe are not as kind as city café. Its crazy they charge for condiments like ketchup and jelly. Some people are struggling and bring own lunch we have so much we are already going through. Never had such issues at City cafe or even Starbucks. The Starbucks staff in adj... read more

I feel like I wasted my precious time to take my daughter to see Dr. Aribi, hematologist today 9/22/25. My daughter is mentally disabled ever since she turned 18 years old. She acts and talks like a child sometimes. She asked me to buy her food at cafeteria and I said she had better eat foods I prepared for her at home and then she could eat whatever she wanted after.
