I feel like I wasted my precious time to take my daughter to see Dr. Aribi, hematologist today 9/22/25. My daughter is mentally disabled ever since she turned 18 years old. She acts and talks like a child sometimes. She asked me to buy her food at cafeteria and I said she had better eat foods I prepared for her at home and then she could eat whatever she wanted after. Brand new building and the check-in area is dumb and the adjacent waiting area too small. The check-in has added an extra step of entering your information in a kiosk. There is no rhyme or reason to who gets the next open kiosk, it's Thunderdome and every patient for him/herself. After checking in at the kiosk, you wait to check in again at the counter with staff. Where you scan your CoH card and get a wristband. Not sure why the extra kiosk step was added. It slowed things way down , created a mess of people, those trying t... read more
