The staff are kind and understanding. The care provided here has been the most supportive out of all the clinics I've been to, both long-term and drop-in. Even though the waiting room is a little cramped, clients share the space, are mindful and respectful of one another, and patiently wait for drop-in hours or choose to return another day.
