This place has gone downhill since it changed owners. Zero customer service you can call and be left on hold until there’s nothing and have to call back a few times. They promised to call doctors back for you and never do they leave you on your own to do it. My husband went for a refill and they missed one of his prescriptions and made him wait another hour even though they missed it. Will definitely be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
Switched to this pharmacy because I was told how good they are. Ive had the opposite experience. They often "run out" of my heart medication and leave me running back and forth to get the rest of what they owe me. They will say they will have the remaining amount filled on a certain day but then when I go to pick up they dont have it and I will be out of my heart medication.
