I had a great experience here. The front desk staff was polite and welcoming, and even though I waited a bit, it was worth it. Sarah made the visit exceptional—she was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and had such a friendly, approachable way that made me feel comfortable and confident about my care. She definitely left a lasting impression. I’d highly recommend this place!

I used to visit this respiratory physical therapy clinic, and while the services were okay, I was very disturbed by how the manager treated one of the staff members — a Black man who was consistently spoken to in a demeaning, disrespectful way. She would talk to him like he was a child, often criticizing or insulting him in front of others. It made the environment tense and uncomfortable. Hope Neurological at the sandy springs and college Park office is absolutely amazing! Gary Bowen PA-C, Jerry Spivey MD, Avnya MA, Jia MA, Natalie MA and the whole team is a blessing! Experiencing an horrible incident that could of took my life and with such great quality care planning and treatments, getting to the cause and communicating everything I can't ask for anything else.
