I used to visit this respiratory physical therapy clinic, and while the services were okay, I was very disturbed by how the manager treated one of the staff members — a Black man who was consistently spoken to in a demeaning, disrespectful way. She would talk to him like he was a child, often criticizing or insulting him in front of others. It made the environment tense and uncomfortable. My experience with hope neurologist was amazing!! Richard and Claire ewot therapy were the best!! From the day I walk in until the end of my treatment, they make sure I am happy and comfortable. They always greet me with good energy and welcoming face. I don’t want to leave this place because of these two people but I have to since I am done with my treatment. I am genuinely happy to meet them .
