Very caring and kind. Good therapy program.
I have been bringing my mother here for months after she had fallen and suffered a minor stroke. She receives speech, occupational, and physical therapy from Allison, Erin, and Jenn. A special thanks to Allison, not only is she great at her job, but thanks to engaging with her, and asking many questions, she helped put the plan in motion, and continued to update goals and plans. I just resigned with the false hope given to me by Kristine Malabed that I would be on call just to find out that she put me as completely resigned. This is how “professional” she works.
The entire staff is kind and courteous. My physical therapist was very good at addressing all of my needs and making changes to my treatment plan when appropriate. I was helped tremendously. I’m very happy I went to hope network Kalamazoo!
